13 Aug Deliverance: Out of the back room and into the spotlight

Sunday, August 9th: While in prayer and meditation today, I kept hearing the Lord say that He was bringing deliverance out of the back room and into the spotlight.  In my inquiring what this meant, He said that people have been praying and fasting for miracles, so in response to the prayers of His people, He was going to release a wave of the forgotten one, deliverance, from now to November, as preparation for 2021, which He said would be the year of dynamic delivering power.

The Lord then showed me a picture of a calendar and church gatherings happening in different parts of the world.  As the calendar when through August and into September and November, these gatherings would experience spontaneous moments of deliverance.  Then the Lord said “Do not hinder or fear My delivering power in these months because valuable lessons will come to your leaders through these spontaneous moments of deliverance.”  There are people that will be delivered in these next months that God will use as great deliverers in 2021.

As I sat still before the Lord for further understanding, He began to walk me through the miracles of deliverance that Jesus did on the earth:

Delivering a Demoniac in a Capernaum Synagogue (Mark 1:23-28; Luke 4:31-36), Delivering a Blind and Mute Demoniac (Matt. 12:22; Luke 11:14), Delivering the Maniac of Gadara (Matt. 8:28-34; Mark 5:1-20; Luke 8:26-39), Delivering a Mute Demoniac (Matt. 9:32-33), Delivering a Syrophenician’s Daughter (Matt. 15:21-28; Mark 7:24-30), Delivering a Demon-Possessed Boy (Matt. 17:14-18; Mark 9:14-29; Luke 9:38-42), Healing a Crippled Woman on the Sabbath (Luke 13:10-17), Raising a Widow’s Son (Luke 7:11-15), Raising Jairus’ Daughter (Matt. 9:18-19, 23-26; Mark 5:22-24, 35-43; Luke 8:41-42, 49-56), Raising of Lazarus (John 11:17-44).

When you observe what Jesus did through these deliverances, He dealt with the oppressor behind the affliction, not just the affliction.  It is true that some afflictions are not the cause of demonic oppression, but all too often, the body of Christ is unwilling to deal with the demons behind the scenes because of fear and improper equipping. The Lord is releasing “root-level” power and authority to deal with things as Jesus did, at the root.

The Lord then began to show me a few things that He intended to make manifest in this year of dynamic delivering power:

1. Mass deliverance: I saw multitudes in regular Sunday morning gatherings being touched by the Holy Spirit in such a powerful way that the oppressors keeping them held back had no choice but to leave.  Some of these mass deliverances were initiated sovereignly by the Holy Spirit, but others were because the one speaking was very aware of the authority and weight of heaven that he/she carried.
2. Young adults being delivered into their destiny:  I saw a major move of young adults that longed for the Lord and longed to be free from anything that kept them from drawing close to Him coming out of their hidden places (there is another word the Lord gave me concerning young adults that I will release soon).  As these young adults came out of their hiding places, the wind of the Spirit that was drawing them out was also setting them free.  What was unique was that they were very open to deliverance and expected it.  It was a tribe of young adult that carried dynamic delivering power.
3. Children: I was heartbroken when I saw in the Spirit many children oppressed by demons.  I then felt the heart of the Father towards them and it was one of grief and jealousy. He was grieved that these children had gone through the things that they had gone through, which ultimately put them in that state of oppression, but He was also jealous because they were His and these demonic forces were keeping the children from coming to Him (Matthew 19:14). The Lord was dealing swiftly with these demons oppressing children.

The Lord intends to release dynamic delivering power about His people, but the requirement of the people is to check themselves to see where they are harboring a spirit of fear and deal with it quickly.  Ask the Lord to show you if you have been afraid to walk in power and authority over  demonic forces.  Allow the Lord to remove all traces of fear and ask Him to fill you with power and grace to use that power. When it comes to deliverance, as well as all of the other things that the Lord has made available to us, the person has to be willing to walk through the hard stuff and receive what has already been promised.
